Commercial

In common with residential development, the work undertaken on commercial buildings has been a mainstay of the practice.

The requirements for each type of building are carefully investigated and assessed with the results of the research forming the basis of the preparation of a feasibility study and sketch proposals. Once the client is content with the scheme it will be the subject of pre-application consultation with the local planning authority.

For complex types of building the practice will use its contacts with specialist consultants such as structural/civil engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers and energy assessors to deal with complicated issues of the building design and operation.
