Cork County Council, Planning Guidance and Standards Series No. 2 MAKING PLACES: A design guide for residential estate development
The Cork County Council Planning Guidance and Standards, Series Number 2 entitled Making Places: A Design Guide for Residential Estate Development on which the practice worked jointly with the Council has been published. It sets out to give practical advice on creating sustainable residential communities having a high quality of layout and design. It is aimed primarily at land owners, developers and architects.

A joint seminar with the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland and the Planning Institute will take place in Cork in June 2011 to discuss the relevance of the Guide in a recovering housing market.
